The 4BR Premium with private lift is a flagship statement unit — limited supply, early registration matters.

Long TOP (2032) means patient capital required; not for buyers who want immediate occupation. CDL-MFA JV pattern historically delivers well on build quality. Worth registering if you're in the buyer pool.
