My read on this one.

Faber Residence is a professional-catchment play. The 2BR and 3BR Basic units are perfectly sized for young researchers, medical professionals at NUH, and one-north workers — very strong rental yield thesis. 4BR and 5BR are genuine family units for upgraders who want D05 proximity without Bukit Timah pricing.

The three-developer JV is a quality signal: tri-party projects tend to avoid cost-cutting that single-developer projects sometimes show. Not the right fit for buyers wanting CCR prestige or OCR price points — D05 sits in the middle in both dimensions.
