Narra Residences is a nature-premium OCR play. D23 Hillview is one of the few mature estates in Singapore with genuine nature adjacency — Dairy Farm, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, Rail Corridor all permanent. For buyers who value that lifestyle, OCR pricing for a nature-adjacent unit is compelling.

2BR Premium (646sqft) and 3BR Compact (818sqft) are the best-value layouts. 3BR Premium at 990+ works for families prioritising Hillview estate over central locations. Not the right fit for buyers who prioritise city connectivity — Hillview is 20 minutes to town, suburbia lifestyle.
